Orders placed before 1PM EST, typically ship out same day (Monday-Friday). Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination.

Orders over $99 (after discounts are applied) qualify for our Free Shipping option (USA only). Generally, our Free Shipping option can take 3-8 business days for delivery, while our Standardoption typically arrives in 2-5 business days, within the USA. However, please be advised that as stated by the carriers, displayed delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select our Expedited (2-Day)or Express (1-Day)shipping option at checkout, but please note that these services typically do not deliver on the weekends. If you require expedited delivery on a Saturday, please contact us directly at support@tacticalbabygear.com for an individual quote. Once shipped to the address provided at checkout, Express(1-Day), Expedited (2-Day) and Oversized shipping costs are not refundable for any reason.

After placing your order, you may click the “Login” link at the top right-hand corner of our website to view your account and track your order’s status. You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment, to the email address you provided at checkout.
*Please note: Delayed delivery due to “acts of god”, e.g. weather conditions that are out of our control, do not qualify for shipping refunds on expedited shipping methods.

Please note that as of February 1st 2022, All Import Fees, including Customs Duties, Taxes and VAT are now charged at checkout on our website, and will be pre-paid, to ensure a more seamless delivery experience for you.

We currently ship to over 25 foreign countries! During the checkout process you can add the items that you are interested in, select your country and add your complete address to view several different available shipping options based on weight and destination. Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates, with absolutely no markup for handling and do include ALL import fees required by your selected country.  Once shipped to the address provided at checkout, International shipping costs are not refundable for any reason.

International Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. While most shipments will be delivered faster, a minimum delivery time of 15 business days (excluding U.S. Holidays) should be taken into consideration, as International Borders and Customs agencies could delay the estimated delivery time.
